Join us with Brazilian sound artist and music producer Laima LEYTON for the premiere of Infinite past, infinite future and NOW!
Between January 2021 and March 2022, Laima Leyton created a series of sound pieces in response to each chapter of Hannah Arendt's Between Past and Future, in conjunction with our series of exhibitions, On Hannah Arendt: Eight Proposals for Exhibition. Titled Infinite past, infinite future and NOW, the sound poems engages with themes of time, culture, truth and spirituality. For the first time ever, Laima Leyton will be performing all 8 sound pieces.
Tickets are £35 and include entry to the event, a copy of our new On Hannah Arendt catalogue, a limited edition print by Laima Leyton and drinks.
On Hannah Arendt is the complete catalogue of a 14-month program of exhibitions, sonic interventions, virtual talks, and events dedicated to the writings of Hannah Arendt. In a unique addition to the book, Laima Leyton's series of new sound pieces Infinite past, infinite future and NOW, are will be available to listen by using your smartphone to scan QR codes interspersed throughout the publication.
